Web Design: Resources
Useful Web Tools
New: Google Analytics: If you have a website, then you must have Google Analytics - it's that simple. This is an awesomely powerful yet easy-to-use application that allows you to see daily who is accessing your site, what browser they use, the monitor resolution, what they ate for breakfast ... and, like all the best things in life, it's free. Just add a little piece of code to the bottom of every page on your site and Hey Presto! Off you go.
New: Adobe Kuler: "Explore, create and share color themes." This is an incredible tool if what you want are ready-made combinations of colors which are going to be great for your website/s.
Firefox: it's also completely free, secure, feature-rich and intuitive - simply the best browser out there (although the recently released Google Chrome may now be waiting in the wings).
Speedtest.net: test your broadband speed - anywhere in the world, in seconds.
